Vaccines are offered to ages 1 month thru 18 years at these clinics. All children under 18 years of age are required to have parent/guardian present.

We do not give vaccines to anyone 19 years or older at our immunization clinics. If you have a high school student that is 19 or older, please contact us to inquire about vaccines that are needed, costs, availability, and appointment scheduling.
