healthcare visits along with other various public health services.
It's never too early or too late to get your annual flu vaccination!
There are no flu clinics scheduled at this time. Please call us to schedule an appointment.
$10 per person
Flu vaccinations are offered to anyone 6 months and over. Anyone less than 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

TB tests are available by appointment only.
TB testing is done on Thursdays.

Please make sure your child eats something prior to receiving vaccinations.
All clinics are held from 9 AM to 11 AM and are walk-in only---no appointments necessary.
A $3.00 donation per child is requested for all childhood vaccines. (No one is ever turned away for inability to donate.)
All recommended childhood vaccines are offered at our monthly childhood immunization clinics. An up-to-date shot record is required in order to administer immunizations to anyone. Vaccines are offered to ages 1 month thru 18 years at these clinics. All children under 18 years of age are required to have parent/guardian present.
We do not give vaccines to anyone 19 years or older at our childhood immunization clinics. If you have a high school student that is 19 or older, please contact us to inquire about vaccines that are needed, costs, availability, and appointment scheduling.
CDC - INFLUENZA WEEKLY TRACKER
Per Federal Guidelines, we cannot provide vaccines to any child who has private insurance that pays for vaccines. If your insurance pays for vaccines, we encourage you to contact your child's physician for the needed vaccines.
We request payment with cash only.
