11-18 years       Tdap
                          HPV(3 doses)
                          Meningococcal (2 doses if first is given before 16 yrs of age)
                                                  (1 dose if it is given at 16 yrs or older)

An annual flu vaccination is recommended for all ages staring at 6 month old. Children 6 months thru 8 years need 2 doses-seperated by 28 days-the first time receiving the flu vaccine.
