To report potholes, wind damage, or other unsafe conditions on county roads, please contact the office staff by e-mail or at (812) 655-9394 or for emergencies call 911.

To report unsafe conditions on State Roads (I-275, US 50, SR 1, SR 56, SR 62, SR 350, SR 262, SR 48, SR 148), please call INDOT at (812) 926-0376.
