Our home service area consists of 50,000 people and offers area attractions such as Hollywood Casino, Perfect North Slopes, Lawrenceburg Speedway, Hillforest Museum, the Dearborn Trails along the Ohio River, and 4 golf courses. Major arterial roads include Interstate 74, Interstate 275, U.S. 50, U.S. 52, and eight State Roads. The area is also served by the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG)--which is located less than 10 miles to the southeast of the County.

New Business Case #2: Development Standard Variance to increase the square footage of directional signage, with the owner being Sunman Dearborn School Corporation (East Central), the property being along school frontage of Trojan Road and Schuman Road, in Kelso Township and also included in this public hearing is property located in the Town of St Leon.
